Crepes (Sweet & Savory)

Ingredients Directions
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 cup of milk of choice
  3. 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  4. 1 Tbsp of butter, melted
  5. 1 Tbsp of sugar
  6. 1/4 tsp of salt
  1. Whisk together eggs and milk until combined. Add the flour, melted butter, sugar and salt and whisk
  2. Coat a skillet with cooking spray and ladle 1/3 cup of batter into skillet. Cook 1-2 minutes.

Sweet Savory
  • Fresh or frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup of apple
  • 1 Tbsp of jam
  • 1 Tbsp of Nutella
  • 1 Tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp of cream cheese
