Trail mix: Mixture of Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chocolate chips

Hard boiled egg

Rice cakes with nut or seed butter

Fresh fruit and vegetables

Continue to expose your child to new tastes and new textures to their tolerance.  Start with having the new food in the same room, at the table on a separate plate next to your child’s plate, then on the same plate as your Childs meal

Trying a food does not mean putting the food into ones mouth, chewing and swallowing.  Trying can be just looking at the food, smelling the food, touching the food, licking the food.
